Looks Suspicious

Mar 09, 2014 by Theodore L. Crawford III

I got a notice in my snail-mail; "RE: UNCASHED PREMIUM REFUNDS ON INDIVIDUAL POLICIES DRAFT #########(9-digit draft no.) ISSUED MM/DD/YYYY(date)." The envelope it arrived in was labelled "Progressive", and I did have an auto insurance policy with Progressive several years ago, but the document has instructions to return it filled out and all information requested(i.e., policy info, proof of ownership, etc.) to "Artisan and Trucker's Casualty, Tax Dept. W33, 6300 Wilson Mills Rd.., Mayfield Village, OH, 44143". As expressed in the review by James Bishop, "Never heard of 'em". I don't care HOW much money they say they're gonna refund me! I smell a rat.

Never heard of them

The first time I heard of this company is when I get a collection letter in the mail for them. Is this how they make there money? grab a name from the ether and send it to collections, figuring people will pay a small collection amount instead of contesting the bogus charge for a company you never heard of or did business with. I would have rated ZERO if it was an option.
