No star for this unprofessional company. They collect your premium, but when it comes time to pay a claim they come up with the most ridiculous excuses just so they don't have to pay claims.
No respect for customer health
Insurance refused to pay to replace flooring after a flood. In an attempt to be reasonable and work with them I asked that they approve a mold test so I can guarantee my health. Adjuster repeatedly ignored any concerns I had about my own health and refused to allow it.

No Rating as per me, but without rating I cannot submit so I add 1 :). Our house got damaged by next door Neighbor's fire in Feb 2013. Nothing taken care yet by insurance company. No help, Do not know "HOW LONG IT WILL STILL TAKE?" no reply when you call them or do not even answer the phone. Once it get fixed may be we have to look into it.
Just found out yesterday that they are excluding a driver that has been on my motor carrier policy for over a month. They are excluding him back to the day I put him on. I have written evidence that he has been on the policy the entire time, but they are taking him off. Thankfully we had no big accident; if there was they wouldn't have covered it although I had everything insured. Don't do business with these people.
When initially purchasing the Homeowners policy they came out to inspect my property. I did not have a railing up at my front step. The only notice I was given was a CANCELLATION letter which contained a check for a refund of my balance. Instead of sending me a letter with a warning so I could correct the problem they cancelled my policy and sent me a refund. I had the railing up in less than a week so they allowed me to Renew the policy but why couldn't they have given me the oppurtunity to fix it BEFORE cancelling.
no stars as of now, we filed a claim 6 weeks ago and still NO progress, nothing done!! the adjuster was rude and unprofessional and the contractor that was sent here measured everything wrong!! Need someone higher up to file a complaint!! need assistance NOW!!
